If you have never filed a claim or are unsure of how to contact the company even after reading the information below you can try calling our office at 239-261-6533 or visit us in person.
In the event of a Hurricane:
I would recommend contacting the Insurance Company of your Home or Condo directly if you are UNABLE to reach our office.
If you do contact the company that represents you…PLEASE:
Ask for the claim contact number.
A date that they will get back in touch with you.
Then give our office a call as soon as possible.
We want to be in contact with the claim and help walk you through the process. Our ultimate goal is to see that your claim is handled PROMPTLY and PROFESSIONALLY by ALL of our companies.

2. Property Inspection - you’ll be contacted in 24-48 hours to schedule a property inspection.
3. Data Collection - your adjuster will take photos and collect all details to thoroughly document your loss.
4. Claim Assessment - the claim will be fully reviewed.
5. Determination & Closure - you will be contacted to discuss the claim and take further steps. Relevant documents will be sent to you.
